Question: I am using locacid cream ( vit a acid ) as anti aging cream. can i put it around my mouth and on my neck?

After putting locacid i wait few minutes then i apply my usual night cream on top. Am i doing the right thing? Any advice you can give me and for how long can i use this cream?
