I want to know how anti aging nutrition will help restore my skin. I am in my mid 30s and I noticed that wrinkles are beginning to appear around my eyes and chicks. A friend recommended anti aging nutrition so I was wondering if anyone knows how effective anti aging nutrition is in skin restoration. I will appreciate any suggestion.

Lotion products or using vitammin c on the outside of the skin works well. stay away from botox there are lots of natural solutions! good luck
